
Club Brugge Shut Out as Borussia Dortmund Secures Win
Borussia Dortmund put on a masterclass at Jan Breydelstadion, securing a dominant 3-0 victory over Club Brugge in the Champions League. With three goals to their name, Borussia Dortmund left their opponents struggling to find a response.
It took until the 76th minute before Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, with an assist by Emre Can, gave Borussia Dortmund the lead.
Borussia Dortmund found the net once more, this time through Serhou Guirassy in the 90th minute.
The 2-0 goal came in the final minutes, when Jamie Bynoe-Gittens netted for Borussia Dortmund, with an assist by Felix Nmecha.
Club Brugge's next Champions League games are against Sturm Graz (away) on 2 October, Milan (away) on 22 October and Aston Villa (home) on 6 November. Borussia Dortmund play Celtic (home) on 1 October, Real Madrid (away) on 22 October and Sturm Graz (home) on 5 November.
The result means Club Brugge are now in 31st place in the table and that Borussia Dortmund are fifth in the league.
